Why Use Carbon Raptor's Hard Carbon Raptor?

At Carbon Raptor we pride ourselves on the following.

A Well Tested, Proven Product

Hard Carbon Raptor thin films are the solution where extreme mechanical forces, chemical corrosion or other degrading factors are causing failures which traditional protective coatings cannot overcome.

Open, Efficient Technical Consultation

On occasion, a Hard Carbon Raptor thin film application is a one step development. The majority of the time, however, the maximum lifetime increase requires several, often simple, changes to the failing part. We offer all our expertise in substrate material selection, in-house or contract surface finishing, part design and machining to create the best engineering solution. A failure problem may not require our hard carbon thin film technology. If not, Carbon Raptor will still point you toward the best answer.

Carbon Raptor knows that your time is more valuable than ever. When you’re searching for a solution to a costly part failure, talk to an engineer who knows the challenges you’re facing.

At Carbon Raptor, our product managers are technically educated and have held positions in engineering and manufacturing so that they can quickly and efficiently make a well-informed response to your initial inquiry.

Flexible Batch and Part Size

Carbon Raptor’s own manufacturing efficiency, reactor and tooling design expertise enable us to engage customers by coating just a few pieces at a reasonable charge and fill orders in the thousands when needed. Our process and equipment expertise further allows us to coat parts with dimensions in excess of one meter.

Fast Turnaround

The ability to efficiently coat a range of batch sizes makes it possible for Carbon Raptor to return parts typically in less than two weeks. Turnaround times as little as 24 hours are possible if needed.
