George Barr, B.A., M.B.A., has 31 years of experience in vacuum equipment and thin film deposition related businesses. After more than 20 years as an OEM of metal sputtering equipment, George transitioned Anatech Ltd to a hard carbon thin film engineering and coating services company. Following that transition, George has lead Anatech into highly successful ventures and partnerships in the medical and racing industries.
Director of Technical Development
Mark Wabalas, B.S., has 18 years of experience designing plasma based vacuum coating equipment and processes. He joined Anatech in 1990 immediately after completing his Mechanical Engineering degree at Carnegie Mellon University. Mark began his career with Anatech by successfully developing a dc-plasma medical instrument sterilization process under a Department of Defense SBIR grant. He held various positions in manufacturing and engineering for the metal sputtering business before developing the equipment and processes for the hard carbon thin film deposition.
Sales Manager
CJ Greer, served five years in the US Navy on two aircraft carriers supporting electronic Firecontrol and radar systems, and has over 9 years test engineering and product development experience in manufacturing environments.
